Leading VMware hosting provider StratoGen today launched an appeal for wider transparency in the cloud hosting marketplace alongside improved service level agreements.
It is widely acknowledged that cloud adoption by mid to large size enterprises is being held back by a perceived information fog that surrounds cloud offerings in the current market. The latest research from Pearlfinders IT Index also found that more stringent SLAs were crucial to increasing the uptake of cloud services.
